| SUZANNE MANN has a 30-year background
in business systems and IT management. For the past 22 years she has used her expertise as a systems analyst and application developer and trainer to design and implement integrated information systems for business and organizations in the Monterey Bay and Santa Clara Valley area. Ms. Mann holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and a Certification in Training and Human Resources from UCSC. Ms. Mann has served as a technical instructor for UCSC Extension and the Institute of Business Performance and as an adjunct instructor at Cabrillo College. She teaches the following courses:

As Director of Enterprise Applications at Silicon Valley
company she managed a group of 17 programmers. The department
was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of
Oracle enterprise applications, commercial web-site development,
and reporting for all Oracle and Access database applications.
She also acted as project lead on the development of a J2EE/Oracle-based
enterprise web site and deployment of Oracle-based systems
including Blackboard Learning System ™, Oracle Financials
and Exeter Student Administration System ™
